Artificial Immune Systems (AIS)

Dietmar Langer talked about the topic of Artificial Immune Systems (AIS) once again. He showed the presentation that he will talk about during his final diploma exam in February. Once again he gave insights into how the human immune system works. From this information he continued to deduce an artificial immune system that can be used for binary classification problems. Dietmar explained some of its variants and concluded by presenting the elements of the algorithm. We wish him all the best for his final exam!
