Modeling EAs with HeuristicLab 3.0

Stefan Wagner gave an interesting talk about modeling Evoluationary Algorithms with the upcomming HeuristicLab 3.0. He showed some of the basic operators in HL3.0 and an abstract model of an Evolutionary Algorithm. Stefan then proceeded to explain how to combine these operators and how to make use of the scope tree on the example of designing a Genetic Algorithm. Finally he showed a way of modularizing the algorithm and gave a short live demonstration of the new environment and the concepts he had shown in the presentation.
